Privacy Policy

Your privacy is fundamental to how we build our services. Last updated: January 2025

This policy applies to our website, web services, and mobile applications (iOS and Android).

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information we obtain automatically when you use our services, and information from third parties.

Information You Provide

  • Contact information (name, email, phone number, company details)
  • Account credentials and profile information
  • Business data and requirements for AI implementation
  • Communications with our team
  • Payment and billing information
  • Feedback, survey responses, and support requests

Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
  • Usage data (pages visited, time spent, feature interactions)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • Log data and analytics information
  • Performance and error data

Information from Third Parties

  • Business information from public databases
  • Social media profile information (with your consent)
  • Partner referrals and recommendations
  • Integration data from connected services

Mobile App-Specific Information

When you use our mobile application (iOS and Android), we collect additional information to provide secure authentication and improve your experience:

  • Biometric Data: When you enable Face ID or Touch ID for authentication, we use your device's biometric authentication system. We do not store your actual biometric data—authentication is handled entirely by your device's secure enclave. We only receive confirmation of successful authentication.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, screen dimensions, display settings, and device identifiers for security and fraud prevention purposes
  • Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address geolocation for session security and fraud detection. We do not track precise GPS location.
  • Session Data: Active session information, login timestamps, device fingerprints, and session activity logs for security monitoring
  • Trusted Device Information: When you enable "Remember This Device," we store an encrypted token on your device and associate it with your account for streamlined authentication
  • Crash and Error Data: Automatic error reports, crash logs, and performance metrics collected through our error tracking service (Sentry) to help us fix bugs and improve app stability
  • Authentication Credentials: When you enable "Remember Me," your password may be stored locally on your device using encrypted secure storage (SecureStore/Keychain) for convenience. You can disable this feature at any time.
  • App Usage Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics, such as feature usage, screen views, and user interactions, to improve the app experience. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.
  • Local Storage Data: We store certain non-sensitive data locally on your device using AsyncStorage for app functionality, such as user preferences, cached content, and session information. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted unless necessary for app functionality.

All mobile app data collection serves security, authentication, and service improvement purposes. You can control many of these settings within the app.

Mobile App Permissions

Our mobile application (available for iOS and Android) may request certain permissions to provide secure authentication and enhanced functionality:

Invite-Only Access

Access to the Intgr8AI mobile app is limited to authorized users. An active account and invitation code issued by Intgr8AI are required to access core features of the application. Without an invitation code, users will not be able to create an account or use the service.

Biometric Authentication (Face ID/Touch ID)

We offer biometric authentication as a convenient and secure way to access your account:

  • Biometric data (fingerprint or face scan) is processed entirely on your device's secure enclave
  • We never receive, store, or transmit your actual biometric data
  • We only receive confirmation of successful authentication from your device
  • You can enable or disable biometric authentication at any time in the app settings
  • If biometric authentication fails, you can always use your password to log in

This permission is optional. If you choose not to enable biometric authentication, you can still use the app with your email and password.

Network Access

Required to connect to our services, sync your data, and provide real-time updates. Without network access, core app functionality will be limited.

Local Storage

Used to cache app data locally on your device for offline functionality and faster performance. This includes storing your preferences, cached content, and (if enabled) your encrypted login credentials for the "Remember Me" feature.

Managing Permissions

All permissions are requested transparently when needed. You can manage biometric authentication permissions directly within the app in Profile → Settings, or through your device settings:

  • In-App: Profile → Settings → Biometric Authentication toggle
  • iOS Device Settings: Settings → Intgr8AI (for app permissions) or Settings → Face ID & Passcode (for biometric authentication)
  • Android Device Settings: Settings → Apps → Intgr8AI → Permissions

Note: Revoking certain permissions may limit app functionality. Network access is required for basic app operation. Biometric authentication can be enabled or disabled within the app's Profile settings, or through your device's system settings.
